What I realized this year is that regardless of how much I think I know it all and how much I do not need help in my business… I do. I need an outside perspective to really make sense of what I am doing and where I am going.  So, I am dedicating a large part of my time in 2010 to helping people one-on-one.  I want to be able to assist entrepreneurs or people who want to become entrepreneurs achieve their goals.

Here’s the thing… I’ve been on a huge “hold” in terms of selling anyone anything… It’s not because I didn’t have anything to offer but because I spent most of the latter part of 2009 getting my creative, professional outsourcing firm organized to run without me.  Now, it’s not 100% there but it’s getting closer… It’s a magical thing to move from worker bee to CEO but I’m doing it.  I know you are probably working more than you should and you more than likely are focusing on many parts of your business that aren’t necessarily required.  I can help.

The format for 2010 will be two meetings every single month that are one hour in length. We’ll work together in a one-on-one setting by phone or by video chat (your choice) and we’ll get you through some of your biggest roadblocks.  You’ll pay each month in advance so that you’re committed and we’ll instantly get you started and taking action.

My one-on-one work is not just about demanding that you do certain things nor is it all talk…  It combines focused conversations with very specific action steps to take.  The best part is that I have a crazy amount of resources for you and I have a team should you ever need the implementation work (but there is certainly no pressure to use them either…)

We also offer the opportunity for you to retain our services for a set number of strategy hours per month. We can use these hours in the form of calls or for actual implementation of the things we discuss. With this particular option, we become almost like a partner for your business to help plan, strategize, organize and implement the key things you need for your business.

With the monthly fee, you can do four coaching calls (discounted rate from the single call) or, you can do two coaching calls and five hours of implementation work with our virtual assistance team at BSETC.

Success Stories

The following are specific examples of things I’ve helped my clients achieve.

An Increased List by 4,000 in Less Than Six Months

We started working with a client who had a list size of approximately 9,000. In less than six months, we brought that number up to 13,000. We did this through a variety of Internet Marketing methods and encouraged the client to do a face lift to their website and change a few key things which resulted in more leads. We also helped the client create a better info-product to entice people to opt-in.

An Increase in Sales by $40,000 in the Same Time Period

We worked with a client on a variety of product-related items. We helped them get more clear about their product offerings and we also helped integrate different interrupt pages. These things helped the client increase their sales by $40K in the same time period. This was also made easier by helping them increase their list size to expose them to new leads.

Helped Double the Number of Group Coaching Program Participants

We worked with a client on a commission basis to help fill seats in a group coaching program. We were able to double the number of participants from the time that the client ran the program before and we also did such an amazing promotion that the client was forced to create two classes instead of one (this was a good thing!) The program also reached new markets for the client.

An Increase in the Amount of Traffic to the Website / Blog

We have done this successfully and repeatedly for many of our clients. Using a variety of SEO methods and blog traffic increase methods, we have successfully increased our clients traffic by thousands per month. We have also integrated article marketing, social networking and other methods to bring in new traffic.
